Mr Aamer Ullah is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in hand and wrist injuries as well as Osteoarthritis and Dupuytrens. Mr Ullah also performs joint replacements in the hand as well as fracture fixations of the hand and wrist.
Mr Aamer Ullah trained at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School between 1988 – 1993. After completion of a BST in London he moved to Leicester and took up the Orthopaedic Clinical Lecturer post between 2000 – 2006. During Mr Ullah’s training Mr Ullah attended fellowships in hand and wrist surgery in Coimbatore, India and North Shore Hospital, Sydney.
Mr Aamer Ullah is currently employed as an orthopaedic trauma surgeon at the Leicester Royal Infirmary and performs elective hand and wrist surgery weekly at the Glenfield General Hospital. Mr Ullah also has clinics and can be seen at Leicester General Hospital & has private clinics at the Leicester Spire and Leicester Nuffield hospitals.
